Arkin Solbakken LLP successfully obtained an order from the Delaware Court of Chancery in July 2024 requiring Avantor, Inc. to pay the attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by a former employee of one of Avantor, Inc.’s subsidiaries in defending claims brought against him by Avantor, Inc. and pursuing his counterclaims against Avantor, Inc. The ruling forecloses the Fortune 500 company from using the costs of litigation tactically and gives the former employee a full opportunity to defend against Avantor, Inc.’s claims. Lisa C.
