Arkin Solbakken LLP won a jury trial in the Supreme Court of New York on behalf of its investment banker clients in the action styled Molnar, et al. v. Greentech Capital Advisors, L.P, et al., Index No. 650242/2020 (Sup. Ct. N.Y. County 2020). Arkin Solbakken LLP’s clients are former employees of Greentech who filed a lawsuit against Greentech, claiming that Greentech breached their partnership agreements by failing to pay them the true “market value” of their equity after they left the firm. After a one week trial, the jury returned verdicts in favor of Arkin Solbakken LLP’s clients and awarded each six-figure verdicts as damages for Greentech’s breach of their partnership agreements.
