In September 2024, Avantor filed motions for a stay of this order pending appeal in the Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. Both courts denied Avantor’s motions. As a result, Arkin Solbakken LLP’s client will continue to receive advancement and fees on fees from Avantor pending Avantor’s appeal of the advancement order.
