Arkin Solbakken LLP Obtains Voluntary Dismissal of All Claims Against Client

On March 21, 2018, Plaintiffs in the action styled Guo Wengui, et al. v. Zheng Wu a/k/a Bruno Wu,  18-cv-00845 (E.D.N.Y. 2018) filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal in connection with all claims brought against Arkin Solbakken LLP client Bruno Wu.  This filing followed Mr. Wu’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ Complaint, which argued, inter alia, that no federal jurisdiction existed over the subject matter of the parties’ dispute, and that Plaintiffs’ claims were otherwise barred by the state action doctrine.
